This is it! Today wraps up our first ever BARDEL ARTIST WEEK! We’ll be finishing off with something thats a little bit more of a promotion… just because it hasn’t happened yet.
FILTH
Don’t worry, it’s just the name of the upcoming theatre show featuring Bardel Builder Andrew Harron.
“Seeking to inject Vancouver’s theatre scene with edgy comedy that toes lines and challenges expectations, Dashing Rogue Productions prepares to mount its first official production: FILTH. Relying heavily on sexuality, taboo subject matter, and thinly-veiled social commentary, the show reaches both the lowest-common denominator, as well as pretentious, ironically-mustachioed, “oh, I get the deeper meaning” types; FILTH seeks to revitalize theatre in Vancouver and offer entertainment that appeals to a younger adult audience.”
The show will run at “The Shop”, located on 125th E 8th Street, in Vancouver, B.C. Dates include August 15th-17th and 22nd-24th. Tickets go for $16 advanced or $20 at the doors. Get your tickets at http://www.brownpapertickets.com/
